If you have an interest in girls, it's no big deal to let your folks know. They may not be ready to let you go out alone on dates with girls - they may think you're not mature enough for that sort of thing - but you should let them know that you're growing up and are attracted to girls. it's no big deal, or at least is not as big a deal as you think it is.

Anyway, if you're young, it may be difficult to socialize with members of the opposite sex without the assistance - money, transportation, freedom - of mom and dad, so don't make it harder on yourself by keeping them in the dark. The last thing you want to do is get caught lying about where you're going or who you're hanging with.

Besides, if your girlfriend discovers that you haven't told you parents about her she may fell like your to ashamed of her to tell your parents about her or that you think your relationship won't last long enough to bother with getting parents involved.

My advice is to just not tell anyone at school or at home. Not even your best friend because mine betrayed me so I never told them again. When you ask her out, make sure its some place where she's with her friends, but also out of the public zones. If she tells her friends that your asking her out before she gives you an answer, that's okay man. It just means she wants to confirm her decision with her most trustworthy clique members. If she says yes, great! Celabrate! Go out with your friends and get drunk. If she says no, don't worry 'bout it man. It just means she wasn't right for you. Don't go get high or do suicide 'cause stupid people do that. Think of other hotties in your school. So basically, don't tell anyone no matter what. And if they ask you who you like, just be very seriouse and say no in a very sturn voice. Practice a couple times at home. Best o' luck bro!
