I talk to one or another of my ex-girls every day. Just because we are not dating does not mean we are not friends, and I would consider a demand that I stop as unreasonable.

I don't know the full story, but I don't think it's particularly wise to put yourself into a situation in which you could be caught in the crossfire between your boyfriend and his ex. It's your boyfriend's and his ex's business, let them take care of it.
