How do you convince your parents to let you quit band?

If your parents are strict, like mine, and won't let you quit anything without a good reason, just try talking to them about it. Tell them whatever is wrong with band, and reasons why you should quit. OR, you could write them a letter about it, if you aren't good at on the spot talking. Either one works. I'm sure they'll understand. Make sure you tell them you are interested in something else, so they won't think you are just going to be home playing Video Games or whatever. :) Hope I helped.
