Wearing panties without them knowing is difficult if they still do your laundry otherwise not as hard. As far as outer clothes buy androngenous clothes that could be mens or womens such as jeans. Otherwise try talking to your parents

The best thing you can do is assume they will (or do) know. If you think your parents won't accept it, then don't do it in front of them. There are/will be times where you are alone (they're gone for a weekend etc.) and if you keep your nose clean and your girl clothes hidden, you can often dress in the house with the windows drawn, on the weekends they are gone. As to when they are there, the only time you can dress in front of them and they don't notice it is when you find a piece of clothing (t0shirt let's say) that could be boys or girls; BUT most CDs in the closet want to wear things that they consider ultra-feminine, not something easily hidden.

In the end look to safety and the future when you get on your own - then no one anywhere can tell you what to wear on your personal time.

Buy girls clothes that look like guys clothes? Wear girls underwear under men's outer clothes? It all depends on who and how well do you want it hidden. The safest wasy is to not crossdress.
