How do you deal with a boss who is sexually attracted to you?

Unless the attraction is mutual - honesty and plain speaking are the best way to approach it. Simply tell them that although you respect them as a supervisor and enjoy working with them, but you feel no attraction for them. It's best not to leave any doubt that you are just being coy or playing hard to get. If, after this exchange, the pressure continues or veiled threats are made against your job - if your boss has a boss, then they need to be approached and advised of the problem. there are strict laws against this type of workplace coercion and they need to be made aware of the situation lest the company be unwillingly dragged into a suit as a co-respondant.

If your company has any kind of informal or formal complaint system, submit a complaint. If it doesn't, then try speaking with whoever his/her boss is, and let them know that it's making you uncomfortable.

You could also try speaking directly to your boss. Make a written record of every time s/he does or says something inappropriate. Keep that log book for a week or two, and then take that and talk to him/her. If you think your boss may respond badly or try firing you, record the conversation so you have proof that he's firing you because you called him/her out. Make sure you tell several other coworkers that you are planning on talking to him/her so that you have some people to back you up.

If you feel that it might progress to violence, keep that log book, and then take it to the police. DON'T risk it if you think he/she may hurt you!

This is sexual harassment and you need to treat it as such. Do as the person above suggested. You may also want to read the policy your firm has and talk to the HR office ( if you have one). Follow procedures in reporting it.
