Do your parents know about this? if they don't the first thing you should do is tell them, even if you think that they won't listen. They may make up excuses for your brother or choose to ignore it because they simply don't want to know. If your parents don't help talk about it to someone you trust, neighbors, uncles, teachers and councillors keep telling people until someone helps you. Even if your uncomfortable with that it is the best solution. Don't let your brother threaten you, stand up for yourself. If because of that he destroys your stuff or hits you show your parents the evidence and that will make it almost impossible for them to ignore you. hope this helps :)
but you could get back at them by hacking their computer (if they have one) just go on YouTube and type in "cool batches that hack your computer" and detail videos on how to hack come up. it's the best revenge because they don't know how to hack you back!
