If you feel like your crush isn't interested in you already, even though you haven't told him that you like him, you might want to just try to move on from him. But there's always the possibility that he could like you and you don't realize it. If you want to find out for sure, you could always ask him or hint at the fact that you like him and see what his reaction is. Either he responds in a positive way and tells you he feels the same way, or he doesn't. But at least you'll know one way or the other.
