How do you deal with uncle who is asking things?

The question doesn't give enough background information. Are your parents well and of sound mind? If so, they can take care of themselves. The uncle is of their generation and is related to them so they probably know how to deal with him and they may consider your intervention disrespectful.

If they are elderly, frail and inclined to mental confusion, they need polite but firm protection. Is the uncle well and of sound mind himself? Does he need some care of some kind? Why is he bothering them? Is he lonely? If so, a social club may be an idea.

Try to get to the bottom of it, because the more you understand, the wiser you will be when making decisions and plans of action - or inaction, as the case may be.
