You kiss normally to start off with repetitively about 2-3 times and then (make sure he is OK with it) open your mouth and make sure he does too and then push your tongue into his mouth and then start licking his tongue, boys would also prefer it if you close your eyes to make the perfect moment, you could also maybe put your hands around his neck and to really turn him on then move your hand up his leg :).
