Well, You have to stop eating crappy food and start eating healthy. Most likely make a food chart on what you should and shouldn't eat. Exersice everyday but one day take a break. Do 50 crunches everyday. run at least 3 miles eveyweek. I have a big belly but everything else on me is skinny. it's so unfair. but we got to live with what we got, right. never be self consious cause then your not you if you suck in your belly that's not you. me for one does that but from here on today i will start not being self consious and neither should you.
