Well, this is what I did to get a girl to notice me (it actually worked).

Just make secret eye contact with her or keep trying to get close to her and she will kind of get the message. I secrectly spreaded the word to my friends that I had a crush on that girl and it gets around, don't worry it's good if it gets around unless you don't want anybody know. After that her friends will hear it and tell the girl which will start thinking about you nonstop!! anyways, just keep trying and don't be shy.
