There really aren't many ways to tell someone you want a kiss except saying it. Every other way of asking for a kiss (like closing your eyes and getting close to his face) is probably harder than just asking if you're shy. If you're looking for different ways to phrase it, try "could you touch me here with your lips" or the like. And I personally disagree with the above answer ;) I am a boy but I still think it's our job to make the move. If you want to "surprise" him, make it a kiss on his cheek.
