If you want a guy that you don't even know his name and you want him to notice you, then the first things first. LEARN HIS NAME!!!!!!! Then after that be yourself and go up to him and start a conversation, guys usually hate to start conversations, i should know with me having all me friends guys. 9 out of 10 guys love girls that play hard to get, they love a challenge. ^^Glad to help....if I did^^

This is tough because I don't know your situation. I will try and cover all circumstances.

If the guy is older:

Maybe you should get a bunch of friends together and walk past and maybe say hi. He'll think that's cool, although it depends what type it is.

If the guy is horrible:

Maybe it's best to stay away from him because horrible guys are normally known for having horrible girlfriends and everyone will hate you.

If the guy is the class clown:

Maybe it's good to go and talk to him with a bunch of friends at first and get to know him, but maybe when you're friends talk to him alone, because it normally works out that the class clowns are actually the seriously romantic ones.

If the guy is shy/quiet:

It's best to grab his attention by going and sitting with him, letting him know that he's not alone. Maybe don't bring a group of people, because it might warn him away and he may realise that you have better people to hang out with. Say hi and ask his name. maybe exchange mobile numbers and keep in touch.

Look at him...alot. He'll start noticing you. He'll start talking to you (if hes not shy). If he's shy, he'll notice you but be too 'scared' to do anything else.
