How do you get him to clean his room?

I am a kid also. Although now I clean my room on command I used to not too. My mother would propose many offers such has a later bedtime, increase in allowence, free gaming hours, and many other incentatives. I recommend you use some of these motives to help your child or relitive to clean up there room.

When your teenager is out, take a number of bin liners and randomly dump the entire contents of their room into said bags. put the bags into the garage, attic, or wherever, and tell them they can get one bag back at a time. When they've tidied away one bag give 'em the next. If you work it right and make sure you place the most treasured possession in the last bag then the room should be tidied in no time. course this can back fire when they find all the stuff they've lost and spend hours pouring over stuff they haven't seen for a while. Oh well,it worked on me a couple of times when I was a kid, and I'll be trying it out on my daughter very soon.
