just like how you would get over any other relationship do exactly what you like and don't deny the fact that's its over trust me it does not help. you as difficult as it is need to accept the fact that its over. don't be hard on yourself, at first its hard to talk about it but eventually talking about it helps try to end contact with her if its just too painfull for you because you need to move on as life waits for noone. as time passes by you will be healed and can love again but this may seeem crazy impossible for now, but its ok. doing all of your facvourite activities help, so does eating your favourite food or watching your favourite shows, just do whatever you like to do. from experience praying and all of the above have helped me. another thing is listening to music, all of your favourite songs. one more thing don't deny feelig the pain because as insane as it sounds if you don't allow yourself to feel the feelings you are feeling-regret,anger,grief,sorrow etc. you will not get over it so go ahead and allow yourself to process the emotions running through you and in time you will be ok.
