How do you get over your ex when you have to see each other because you work together?

You have to hold your head high, do what is required of you at work and move forward. Accept and realize it is over and when you allow yourself that you will be able to move on. It takes time but you can do it and you will get by this.

well it's not at all easy because you have to deal with seeing them everyday for the amount of time that you work together, I recently lost a friend I worked with to an Massive Heart attack he was only 29 years old and even though it has been 5 months I still cry over him. The best thing to do is to not let him/her bother you "never let them see you sweat" and go about your day as if there was nothing that was ever between you cause TRUST they are doing the same. Well... it's not the easiest among situations, you really don't have to deal with it. You could try paying this person less attention, but I can't promise you that you'll get over them. It would be hard to forget someone entirely if they're around you everyday.

Maybe you can learn to accept how things have turned out and not be bothered by his continued presence, or learn to forget how you felt about him when you were going out.

Finding somebody else could help with that.

Be careful, because you don't want your personal feelings to interfere with your performance at work. In future, try not to date someone you work with.
