How do you get over your first boyfriend?

There is no easy or straight forward answer to this question, as everyone;s emotions are different. The best way to get over a relationship is to try and see where things went wrong, and really get an understanding of why you split up. This may mean some home truths, but without this it will be very difficult to get over the break up.

Next make some time for yourself and do things you enjoy. Try and distract yourself if you feel you are becoming upset, and remember, that even though at the time it feels like you will never recover, you will and the feelings will pass eventually.

This might not be helping when i say, you shouldn't even be dating in 7th grade, you have high school to be worried about, not boys. But since that's not going to help, I'm just going to say, dont ever let a boy control your life. Just say, "he wasn't the one" and move on, look for something else to keep your mind off the boy.

listen to some music and think about your life without him. be happy and keep busy. or get a new boyfriend.
