I had that exact same problem and what I did was I just kept ignoring him and he wouldn't stop. So one day he kept staring at me and what I did was that I said, " Listen I know that you like me but i don't feel that same way. So please, just back off. If you continue doing this I will not hesitate to make you regret it. " Try that and if it doesn't work just report it to someone or tell him off or something like that.
