One solution might be going the full way. Encourage her to talk to him. Make it clear to her that it's happened now and you can't change the past, so she should make the best of it and go talk to him. Maybe find out for her whether her crush is also interested in her and tell her then - since you're not interested in him (at least I hope you're not because that would be a serious problem in this situation), talking to him should be easier for you, and maybe you can even get him to talk to her instead.
If they get together and she sees what you did helped her actually she will probably forgive you willingly.
Otherwise, you won't be able to do much then ask her to forgive you and promise you will never do anything similar again. Tell her that she's important to you and that you don't want to lose her as your friend. Of course you have to keep that promise or otherwise your friendship might be in serious danger.
