I would say try not to stretch or wear small or ill-fitting clothing. it's probably best to tell your parents. If you really don't want to tell you prob shouldn't wear bathing suits around them
You don't.
apparently its to cover up a tattoo that is not appropriate for telly.
Only if it is illegal for you to get one. Not only the parents, but the tattoo parlor could lose its license.
I don't think so i mean if he did he wouldn't hide it
Use concealer or foundation
move out.
I think that you should get a tattoo where it means the most to you. You can still have a visible tattoo and cover it when you need to. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=z6ZfPz98Jv0
Your parents must be with you and you and your parents must both have ID and then any Virginia parlor will do it.
I know most tattoo parlors there will tattoo a 17 year old with parents PRESENT. Some will do 16 year olds with parents PRESENT. but written consent doesn't mean much when it can be forged.
With parents consent
if you're underage you shouldn't have a tattoo anyway
Some people would get a eye tattoo if they have a blemish or have had damage done to their eye. The reason they would get one is that the eye tattoo would hide the imperfection from sight.
