2. approach the girl that is your friend that you want to hug
3. Wrap arms around the girl mentioned in step 2
4. Squeeze
5. Let go and back up
6. If necessary, run

Simply at the end of the day just say something like hey see u later and stick your arms out to hug her hopefully she does if not say come on give me a hug you'll make my day and if she says no then obviously she doesn't like you:(
