If he does this he's probably just saying that to get you into bed. He might just be shy, or is afraid that his brothers might mock him, so on and so forth. Call Him and ask him about it. It's not like you can't dial the phone.

AnswerYou sound very young (possibly high school.) I some of us older gals should think back when they were young, in high school and in love. It hurts sometimes and it can be very complicated.

Many boys are quite shy and have to "be cool" around their buddies. He may not talk to you because of this. I would be very careful with this young man. Boys are at a high sexual peek and "conquer" is the word. They don't intentionally want to hurt a girl, and never realize they are. Of course they are!

The question is ..... "How does he treat you when you are with him?" If he is nice, not all over you like a cheap suit, and you have fun together then chances are you both will get along well together and he's simply shy and feeling rather awkward.

When I was younger these are the rules I set down for myself:

Be careful who you date! Find out from other school friends more about this person.

Watch the person as to how they interact with other students, girls and their buddies. If you see aggressive tendencies stay away! If you see him looking at other girls, keep moving! You're just going to be one of many girls.

Does he take you to the movies, dancing, etc.? If not and he wants to park all the time or have you over when his parents are out (or your parents aren't home) he has things in mind for you! Don't fall for it! Does he pressure you to have a few drinks or possibly take drugs? If so, he is after one thing .. sex! If you do, he will eventually tell his buddies of his conquest and it will be all over school. I don't think you want that.

Any good guy would fight for the attention of a girl he feels he's in love with and this guy should be doing this for you!

Always treat your mind, body and soul pure and don't EVER be forced into a sexual situation you don't want to be in just to keep a boyfriend. Love isn't just all about sex, but the younger guys will have you believe this. Don't fall for it!

There is nothing abnormal about being a virgin for as long as you feel is necessary. Don't rush into it! Don't feel left out because your other girlfriends may talk about their sexual adventures with their boyfriends because 9 chances out of 10 most of it is dramatized and put on for their girlfriends benefit and to stay with the "in crowd."

Treat yourself with respect and others who are important in your life will treat you in the same manner.

We had an old saying when I was younger, "If you lay down with dogs, you get up with fleas!" This means other people judge you by who you hang out with and how you handle yourself out in society. It may not mean much to you now, but it will later. Don't do something you will regret later. Always listen to your inner self and do what you feel is right even if it's not always the most popular choice.
