It is very different from anything you have previously experienced when meeting or getting to know someone. It is very intense, you feel a close bond with them even though you may not know them well, when that person walks into the room everything and everyone else disappears, you connect on a level much higher than love alone, you become a better person, you put that person's happiness and well being above your own, you trust them, respect them, you love them unconditionally, you do not wish to change them as you truly love them just the way they are, you are faithful through thick and thin and cannot imagine and have no interest in anyone else, they are the LOVE OF YOUR LIFE. I must add that if you are very young such as teen years or even twenties you could confuse it with infatuation at first merely because you go through so many changes during that time. However, time is the true test when you are not sure. The more you know yourself and trust your own instincts the quicker you will realize and know for sure you have met your true love - your soulmate. The only one meant for you.
