How do you know you made a friend?

Through my past experiences, It doesn't matter if a friend can't buy you something or if they are 50 miles away, friends trust each other, always listen and respect one another. They will never betray, ditch or show disrespect. A true friend asks for forgiveness when done wrong and DOESN'T do it again. A true friend makes you feel comfortable and happy, not controlled, doomed, and upset. One thing that you will always do when you see a good, true friend, is smile. You will always smile when you see a friend. If you don't, they're not worth it.

1) you can trust them.
2) you can tell if there is saddness behind a smile.
3) they like you for who you are but not the stuff you have.

you hit them over the back of the head with a pool cue and if their not dead and they are still willing to be your friend then he/she is a good friend

you know when someone is your realy friend when they are thier for you for the good or bad they will stand up for you and she/him will try to help you nomatter what they care for you.And make you smile every day. But don't take my word for it. case i can't tell you what is a real friend is if you don't think that or you think that a real friend will do.

They will stand by you in good times and in bad. And, they will also have the courage tell you if you are out of line. A hanger-on or sycophant won't do that. A true friend will.
