How do you let your parent's to let you go out by yourself?

it is easy and i know this will work because my father is super strict, so first make sure you did all your chores put on your faviorite clothes and grab like a football or ball and bounce it or toss and catch it around them say look at me dad or mom and then when they start walking put your hand on the door handle and say ohh yea mom-dad i forgot to tell you but i forgot (your friends name) wanted me to go play can i go out please ill be back soon(wait for answer if they say yes then run like the wind to your destination)(if they say no try agine in a hour) except do this.

Depends on how old you are, if you live in a safe area , and if they see you as a responsible person. Give them reassurances, try a little negotiating to go out for a 1/2 hour at first, always tell them where you are going and who else is going. They have a right and responsibility to know. Come home on time, and call when asked to.
