Put some chilli powder in a glass of in a glass of water and mix it nicely. Then, tell him that it's a new branded juice. He will get a shock when he will realise what he drank or is drinking.

Not to be too funny, but as a "April Fools" gag (on my brother), one year I took clear plastic wrap and put it over the toilet (underneath the seat) It really splashed!!! It works best at night, have fun... no body gets hurt with this gag but it is a mess to clean up.
