How do you relieve tension?

Generally both parties in the relationship are tensed up when they first meet. They each wonder if they are attractive enough. They may worry about bad breath; stuttering and stammering and making a fool of themselves to not knowing what interesting subjects to talk about. Laughing is the best ice breaking and tension reliever going. Have fun and don't worry so much about it whether you are dating; out with new friends or trying to fit into a group of your peers.
