People tend to say "How are you" for something to say but really don't want to know how you are actually doing - so it is best to just say "fine and you". If it is someone that you can talk to then you can elaborate if you like.

Say Thank You, That's What I Say.
To say that they are ok if you are ok
You could say, "I'll try."
The most appropriate reply would be "Thank you."
When someone has told u he is sick, you say "whats wrong, is there anything i can help with" That's what i always say!!!!
You should reply "and the balance of the day to you."
It depends on if you ARE up and about yet. If you're awake and out of bed, you say "yes" but if you're not, you say "no."
i don't care. you shouldn't of slept with my wife. you git.
The polite thing to say after someone says you made their day is to say your welcome and ask if there's anything else they can do for you.
you just say,"Okay then!Be like that!" then you just walk away and talk to another friend!! :)
You can reply to "How do you do?" by saying "I'm well, thank you. How about you?" This is a polite way to acknowledge the greeting and show interest in the other person.
