have whoever says with you hide (as well as you) , then you leave a note saying "join us!" or "the dead wish you wecome" or something like that , and if you have a cut (do not cut yourself to do this scare!)...if you have a scab or something you could pick it and wipe blood on the note!

and then get like makeup to make yourself(s) look ghostly and then come from behing the person and scare them.
