you can stop being lazy by moving around and getting active all day if you keep doing everyday it will help. if you sit down for more then 4 hours that means that your not active and means you will gain more pounds. if you do what you think like say you want to get something across the room and you don't now that's being lazy! go and get thing that you want then it will help you not be lazy!
