ANSWER: When i was young, my mom had told me to only worry about things you can control. Like, during that time, out dog was dying, and we couldn't control that, so she told me, 'her death is something you can control or stop, just worry of the things you can control.' So if your worrying about something you can handle, try harder to change it, and if its something you cant stop or control, try not to worry about it, let it go its path.

When I get worried I stick to thinking of my problem. Like about grades and other worries. I just remind myself that everything will be alright and I'm not perfect. I try to do something else to keep my mind of my problem. Like going on the computer right now. Like most of you out there I tend to worry a little bit. Especially over the littlest things. But I don't worry so much. I just try and keep myself from freaking out and trying my best to be calm. And it really helps me. Try it.
