I have this same problem too! this girl in school is usually alone at the end of the day but when i go to ask her out, my best friend is always on my back (not literally) and i really want to be alone when i ask her. but i don't want to tell my friend to go away or leave me alone for a second so i can ask her out because he's just gonna act like he went away and watch me. :(
the easiest way to do that i think would be to ask if you could talk to her then follow her to where she goes if its still to close to other people sorta "drift away" as you start with small conversation :) btw dont put pressure on her boys hav done that to me and i hate it! good luck :)
