How do you tell if a guy only wants to use you for sex?

Otherwise, look at your interactions. Does he take you out for diner? Hold your hand in public? Have you met any of his friends? Does he spend the night?

There are always signs of a relationship forming or just a booty call.

This is a real tough one. There are some signs though unless the man is a good con artist.

After going through the sexual act, disinterest. Not cuddling, saying nice things to you or simply getting up, putting his clothes on and leaving. Also if he doesn't keep in touch with you that often.

If two people really love each other sex is a beautiful thing, but if someone is just lusting after another it's the "act" and not emotional and it's pretty hard to hide those feelings. If all he wants to do is have sex, never takes you out or the two of you have fun, kick this guy to the curb!

Guys want sex, how long they are willing to wait for it usually tells you if that's all they want from you. If they are really interested in being with you in a longterm relationship then let them have that and see how long they stay around and what they are willing to contribute to the relationship. I know a girl who started dating an older guy when she was 16 (and a virgin). She told him upfront he was going to have to wait a very long time to have sex with her. He slept with other girls while he was waiting, (she doesn't believe that but says that even if she found out it were true she doesn't mind) but he never left her, or claimed to want to be with anyone else, and he ended up buying her an engagement ring. Two years later they are engaged, finally having sex, and are now monogomous. Obviously this guy wanted more than sex from her, but no one would know that if she hadn't have waited to see.

Um... being a guy, I can say for sure that when they don't really try to get to know you and don't put up with rejection, they're probably in it for something else.
