How do you tell if your best friend hates you?

You should try and talk to her/him, maybe buy them a soda or give them a chocolate bar. Don't go all huffy on them because then they WILL hate you, and that's not good. If you are fighting almost all the time, then maybe you should take a break from each other, hang out with other people, but make sure that you tell them that you are taking a break or they might think that there is something wrong with you. Try not to keep secrets or deliberately provoke them, because bitchiness (sorry for the language) spells trouble.

If your friend hates you, then probably somewhere along the line you messed up. If you are truly friends with that person then go to them and find out what you did and ask then to forgive you, if you care for your relationship with then then don't worry about whose fault it is because its not gonna matter here in 2 weeks. Oh and saying sorry alot is probably gonna help but depending on the situation the best way is gonna vary. But most of all be real with your best friend, if you strongly feel that you did the right thing (not if you feel strongly that you didn't do something wrong because the 2 are completely different) then tell them that. Make sure you tell them that they really mean alot to you as well. If none of this works, go to your pastor or someone you trust and ask them to pray for you and your friend. It works.

You should move on or if you don't know why they hate you then find out why and try to talk to them by telling them that you really want to work this friendship out.

Are you sure they do or is it just a nagging feeling. If you aren't certain, just sit down and ask them! If not, ask youself if you have done anything, and if you haven't and have previously tried to settle the argument, just say fine, and leave them be!
