well you can write him a note or get a friend to tell him or if nothing else works you can ask him your self but, if that doesn't work you can mess. me ok if it does i would still like to know but, you don't have to tell me

Plainly tell him that "Hey, I think I have feelings for you." Try doing it online or over a phone because it is easier that way.
