Well, for me it is: You think about them all day. Right before you know your going to see them your stomach gets all tight and knotted and full of butterflies. when u see them your breath catches in your throat. You feel great around them like you would never want to be anywhere else. then, after you leave, you think about them constantly and smile when you think of them.
The physical feeling of having a tongue stuck in your mouth is exactly how you think it would feel. But all the other sensations pulsating throughout your body are intense and overwhelming.
Observation is done by using your five senses, smell, touch, feel, sight and taste(altough generally in science we do not taste).To make an observation we observe before and after.
