How do you trust your boyfriend again if you were together for over a year and found out he was cheating on you with different girls so you ended the engagement but you just got back together?

I'm sorry to be so negative, but you are going to marry a man who preferred other women over you? It will happen again, you will have kids (which you will be stuck with FOREVER), he will get half of EVERYTHING you own(unless you sign a pre-nuptual agreement). Woman to woman, please re-think spending the rest of your precious life unhappy, you are too good for that. I know it's hard not to dwell on the happy times you had, but stick to the reason the engagement ended in the first place. Good Luck. You probably never will trust him again. Think twice. The other posters are very correct. I was going with my b/f for 4 years and I knew he was cheating on me. We got engaged and my family and friends told me not to do it. I was 21 years old and should have known better, but so much in love (who knows why) that I refused to listen and felt I could change him! Big mistake! Our marriage lasted 3 1/2 years (too long) and he not only kept cheating on me, but become emotionally and physically abusive to me. It took all that time for me to shake my head and get a life! I regret what I did, but realized it was a good lesson in life. I divorced him and moved out on my own. I had a new job, new friends and had the time of my life. I dated often, but preferred not to have a serious relationship until I knew more about myself and my own strengths and weakness' and then I met a man that was 4 years younger than me and the love of my life. That man and I have been married for 34 years! Please don't make the same mistake I did. You already know this guy has no "staying power" and the first sign of trouble in your marriage he'll bail out on you. Save yourself and run!
