First and most important part . . . get him alone with you. Doesn't matter how you do it, but make sure you get him alone in a place where you can be alone for a looong time. When you get there, he's probably going to ask what you're doing. Just sit down and pat the seat next to you (indicating you want him to sit down too). Then when the time is just right, you kiss him. Not too hard in case or scaring him off, just softly so he can think about if he wants to kiss again. Then as the makeout goes on, you can do whatever you want. Kiss him hard, French Kiss, whatever.
