You really can't. There are some glitches like the cloning glitch though:
Go to Lanette's PC. Choose deposit on a Pokemon. Move to a box with Pokemon in it, the switch to a box without. Deposit the Pokemon here, switch back, and cancel out the PC menu. Then save and when it says "SAVING DO NOT TURN THE POWER OFF," turn the power off. Then turn in back on and you should have two of the Pokemon. FAKE FAKE FAKE. people whatever you do,don't believe this person.
