Go to the pool, or suggest that she wear some sandals. I'm unsure why one would desire to see someones feet randomly but those are two easy ways. Most girls wouldn't wear sneakers to a pool. Plus, you can't swim with shoes on. So ask her to go swimming or buy her some sandals.
