How does a 14- year old get a girlfriend?

I'm 14 and i don't see why girls don't seem to pay that much attention to me. I'm tall, quite muscular, kinda got a six pack, blonde/brown hair, blue eyes, in top set for P.E/Gym class. I'm quite shy and i can never think of anything to say to girls when i try to talk to them. I'm not really unpopular or anything cos quite a few people like me but it's just no'one seems to wan't to go out with me. I've never been out with anyone and i really want to so any help would be appreciated. :)

take this from me because i am a girl. all you really have to do is be yourself around her, tell her how you feel about her, and to say it just be like "whatever her is, i really like you and i thought you should know that, its just i have been trying so hard to not be afraid of telling you this because I'm also scared of what your gonna say." or something along those lines and if your my brother then just be all up in their face and say "u me Saturday night, 8:00 call u wit the dets." apparently no girl can resist him (so he says) but he does that to try an be cool. just don't be someone your not, like i said before be yourself and things will go the way you want them to.

If you don't already know how to dance and do not belong to school clubs that include girls as well as boys, those are things to consider as useful in getting a girl friend.
