A sociopath has little to no regard for rules or effect of their actions on others.

An anti social person is someone who doesn't want to interact with people or go out, but the disease (Antisocial Personality Disorder) is the same thing as a sociopath.

A person can exhibit antisocial behavior, delinquency as a juvenile, early sexual activity, criminal behavior and not have Antisocial Personality Disorder. In many cases, the person is 'acting out' or are simply emulating the behavior of those they associate with. The diagnosis of Antisocial Personality Disorder applies only to individuals who have both the behavioral issues listed above (and others) as well as certain personality features such as arrogance, extreme sense of entitlement, lack of guilt, empathy, or remorse, a cocky or excessively self-assured attitude, and an inability to tolerate boredom.
