Getting kicked in the nuts can cause intense pain for a boy because the testicles are highly sensitive and packed with nerve endings. This sudden trauma can result in sharp, debilitating pain that may radiate to the abdomen, potentially leading to nausea or even temporary incapacitation. The pain is a protective response from the body, signaling that injury has occurred, and it can take time for the discomfort to subside. Additionally, such an injury can lead to psychological distress, especially if it occurs in a social setting.
Because you're a complete idiot and let yourself get kicked in the nuts..

Somebody got kicked in the nuts but survives
Original Answer: Giving birth! the contractions alone hurt enough to drive you temporarily insane, but they come and go I'm sure that a kicked set of nuts would hurt constantly for a few days or more :/ so nuts would hurt longer. I would disagree. For one it's impossible to tell, since nobody has both. But people say Giving Birth! But if you think about it could just be a quick birth that goes right and little pain. Yes getting kicked square in the nuts with steel studs on would probably hurt more. Thing is the time of giving birth is probably less than the amount of times a guy will get kicked there.. So.. at the time giving birth, But they have alot of medication and support, while a guy gets kicked. Without choice or warning, Then laughed at. Your choice. I read in a study where the initial "burst pain" of testicle pain was equal to 256 Childbirths. HOWEVER, the testicle pain is there for about 5-8 minutes vs the HOURS of childbirth. So in conclusion the burst is MANY times worse than childbirth but the childbirth is longer endured. I'll post a link if I can find it again
Not unless he wants to get kicked in the nuts.
Its a reaction to releave pressure in the abdomen
