How long should it take till your boyfriend says I love you?

i was waiting for my boyfriend to tell me too. he said it very sutle to me whilst we went out to dinner, and i thought it was cute. he said..."to the woman i love". why don't you try this. say it to him in a sutle way, and see what he says. let him know too. or just tell him that..you love him. maybe his waiting for you to say it. you might be surprised at his reply. goodluck. Go for it and tell him that you love him. My boyfriend is the strong silent type - and I was waiting for him to say it first, until one day, it burst out of me with tears - so full of emotion (couldn't hold it in any longer). He was so relieved, he was actually waiting for me to say it first! It was a beautiful day.

You know there is no direct or easy answer for this question because each person and individual relationship is just that individual.

For instance, there are many ways to say "I LOVE YOU" without actually using those 3 little words - but always remember that those are just 3 little words - its the ways the other person makes you feel or how they show you. My father never verbally said the words "I love you" but always said "Me too" when answering me.

Feelings, showing and your general relationship will/should make you feel those 3 little words without always having to say them, although I realize it may be nice to hear the above should overcome the selfishness or vanity to just hear those 3 little words.

Again, the above is just my personal opinion - you will eventually form your own as well.

There is not preset time limit, it varies for all boys because all boys are different. The only definite anyone can give is that he will say when he truly feels you are that special someone.

um however long really it just depends on the couple!I have had boys say to me that they love me after a week, but generally they are the ones who dont mean it xxx
