From a 16 year old guy. There realy isn't a measured value of how many dates you should wait before kissing. Its mostly based on when you feel comfortable enough to do so and when your confident that your partner is comfortable enough to kiss aswell. As a guy it can sometimes be a classy move if you ask her if you can kiss her. Ive been kissed by a girl when she hugged me before, it was the last time we were going to see each other so we hugged just before she got on the train to the other end of the city and then she looked at me and kissed me right there. I think you shouldn't wait to long to kiss them, but just wait long enough to have a good feeling about it, when its the right time it will probrably be clear to you that it is :) Good luck

Well, it depends how old u are...i'm a teen and I've been going out with someone 4 a year, n we haven't kissed cuz were scared, but we are thinking about it...it all depends on who u are, who u are dating, and how you and that person feel about the topic.

There is no exact number. It is when you feel comfortable with each other. If you are lightly touching each other, holding hands, then kissing will come.
