It depends on how old they are. There is no amount a child "should" or "must" grow and it would be difficult to make such approximations. Everybody is different but at certain points in someone's life there are large bursts of growth. I personally went through years with no growth, and one year I grew 6 1/2 inches so it can vary.
Most children vary. But if you measure a child at 2 and a half years old he or she will be double that height when fully grown.
9 year old children, and all children from ages 6-12 tend to grow approximately 2.5 inches a year on average. Of course there are factors that would affect this, such as genetics, nutrition and gender.
They grow as much as 4.5 cm year. But colonies of coral grow as much as 10 cm a year
Based on my knowledge of human growth, children grow more in their first year and needs lots of nutrition. By the time he is 3 months of age, their weight should be doubled from birth and by the time he is one year old, his weight should be tripled.
20 million grow in a year
Spring time
That depends on where you grow it and where, specify please.
Arborvitaes typically grow about 6 to 12 inches per year.
