I dont believe there is a set age on the "scene style" any age will do!
Myself, I think the scene style is more for older teens ( 16-25) I always see them haning around clubs and bars, so they've got to be over 21...
But if you like the scene hair, or want to become a scene go for it, theres nothing wrong with it, too many people now a days are being categorized, and its about time some unique, fun, bubbly people (scene kids) are becoming populair.
