• It is true that especially in the young (generally students trying to fit in at school) that it is a hard road to be accepted by certain peers. Peer pressure should never break anyone down. The secret is for the young to choose friends that are worthy of their friendship and the peer pressure becomes less. It is also important for the young to learn that no matter how old you get not everyone is going to like you and every single person has to adapt to that fact. Being true to yourself; knowing right from wrong; loyalty and honesty even with just one friend makes that person much stronger than the peers that can be bullies or arrogant in one's lifetime. Choose friendships carefully; learn to look and listen rather than to always speak and when in the workplace be honest; unafraid of moving forward with your ideas although some peers may become jealous; think you are trying to bypass them and do the best you can, but not in an offensive manner.
