All you have to do is apologize to her without you making excuses why you hurt her. A true apology comes from the heart, not because you have a reason why you hurt your woman. To say your sorry means you will not do it anymore. Try it maybe she will believe you..goof luck.

You have to actually be sorry first. People can tell if you're not sincere. And in this case, just saying you are sorry is not going to cut it -- you're going to have to prove that you can be trusted in the future.
