How to be not so shy?

STEP 1: forget about what everyone else thinks, lets face it if your shy, no one is looking at you anyways, so it dosent matter what you do, so try to make an ass out of yourself to get the feeling...(go swim in a fountain!)

STEP 2: not being shy is all about gaining self confidence, one of the key points to self confidence is being comfortable with the way you look ask some friends or family members to give you constructive critisim on your appearance, if you look good the way you are, then get up every morning look at yourself in the mirror and tell yourself that you are beautiful the way you are. if you need a little work then splurge the extra money to, wax that unibrow, get a haircut, buy acne medication, get braces...buy a toothbrush ...whatever it is that you need

STEP3: go places alone, being self confident means you have to learn who you are, when your stuck in a crowd with a bunch of people its hard to let your identity shine when your shy, soo going places alone gives you clairty, you are able to think about who you are, your also not relying on your crowd to give you a personality

STEP4: discover who you are, when you know who you are your comfortable no matter what skin your in

STEP5: ALWAYS THINK POSITIVE - if a guy/girl turns you down it could be many factors that are playing a part in this, ie. not the rite time, not the rite type of person, thinks of you as a friend, etc. it dosent mean your a bad person, always remember that if someones an asswhole to you, stand up and be an ass back... don't let anyone push you around and make you feel like your worthless

The only way to be irreplaceable is to be different! So change your image but still be YOURSELF! People LOVE others who can express themselves in a manner. How I came over my shyness was that I realized that being so shy will get me nowhere! So I bucked up and looked myself in the mirror and said, "You know what, I'm confident and I am strong!" That actually helped me. I realized that being me and the being me the best way I can made me stronger! Being shy can be embarrassing sometimes. When you're talking quietly and people tell you to speak up it can be awkward. So if you're open and just speak your mind (not in a rude way) you can be quite comfortable.

Being confident means loving yourself first. Make sure you look how you want to look, it'll give you more confidence when walking around.

Just a couple things, but just be yourself as you want to, and be open and different. They'll love you.
